Mariane Pisani
Graduated in Social Sciences, with a Bachelor's degree (2007-2011), and a Master's degree in Social Anthropology (2011-2013) from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC). She holds a PhD in Social Anthropology (2013-2018) from the University of São Paulo (USP). He completed a Research Internship Abroad (July to December 2016) at the University of Amsterdam. She is a member of the Brazilian Anthropology Association (ABA), a member of the Editorial Committee of Scientific Periodicals of the ABA and Editor-in-Chief of the Revista Novos Debates (ABA). She is also an effective member of the Brazilian Society for the Progress of Science (SBPC). She is the editor of Revista Ponto Urbe (USP). She is currently an assistant professor at the Federal University of Piauí (UFPI) where she coordinates the Research Group on Anthropology and Intersectionalities (ANTROPOS) and develops research in the areas of Anthropology of Sport, Audiovisual Anthropology, Urban Anthropology and Gender and Sexuality Studies.
